Yay, finally another CG! And to boot, it's 99% entirely made by me! (Had to use some brushes, you see...will explain shortly).

This was an old sketch (see: [link]) that I did with my tablet ages ago, forgot about and then revamped now because I liked it. XD

It's very similar but still different. I tried to match what I had originally drawn pretty closely but expand upon it. But I came upon a problem: (here's that explanation) I couldn't work out how to do the swirly things. To be fair, they were badly done to start with, but I couldn't recreate them without looking as bad, and then I couldn't do something different because whatever I tried looked silly. So in the end I had to use some brushes I found on dA (see credits for deets).

Her name is Cherry and she's (not) a goddess (That better, hmm? *for a certain complainer friend*). I'm not sure what she is, but she has lots of hair and a load of feathers there. I think actually they were meant to be petals originally, but...well they're big white things anyway. XD

I'm pretty proud of this. Usually when I try to colour my own lineart it turns out pretty...bad. XD

Btw, that swirl that it looks like she's looking at (sorta, maybe...I guess) is actually my signature. It'll probably pop up on most art I do from now on. XD

Time taken: In total, 3-4 hours probably. Might be longer. Computer crash set me back a bit, but only by 20-30 mins.

Random curio: There are more layers for post-work than were needed to shade Cherry.
