It's amazing how beautiful the sky looks today...don't you think?

Yes, but not as beautiful as Saber.
I've wanted to make a nice CG of Saber for quite some time now, and certain circumstances pushed me to do it at long last. This CG started on Friday, and the bulk of the main subject was finished on that day. I had CGed Saber and made the flowers, so Saturday I worked on the background and spent a great amount of time painting clouds, because I really enjoyed it (though they don't really look like clouds...T ^ T)
I suppose, really, I could have uploaded this yesterday, but postponed since it was very late when I decided I would. Unfortunately, today, I forgot all about submitting it after I went outside, and have done nothing to it - so now I submit it late in the evening anyway. *sigh*

It's probably not as 'finished' as it could be, but it's nice at least. I was told it was unfortunate that I can't draw perfectly, and I agree quite a lot - I really get quite frustrated when I have great ideas and just can't draw them. It's odd, because you would think humans would be able to recreate an image in their mind really well, but we can't. I guess I need more practice.

The inspiration actually came from a reference photo, though that only provided the pose, and in the end I ended up only half-referring to it anyway. v__v
Saber has a ponytail, and my word it's so hard to work out the right length for her hair. Her Fate/Zero pics show quite a short ponytail, but she'd need more hair than she has there to make her usual plait and bun arrangement, surely. So wah, I just made it look flowy-ish. = o =;;

I guess that's all. I'll be doing more CGs over time hopefully, since I have a lot of ideas and I've got old sketches for when new ideas dry up.

Tools used: Pencil, paper, Photoshop CS3. Include a camera if you want to know how I got it from paper to my PC.
Time taken: Unsure - completed over a period of two days.

Number of breaks: Lots. Mostly spent playing Harvest Moon DS.
